At Let's Learn, we believe every brain deserves to be understood before it's taught. Our educators don't follow a script. They get to know their students, determine what they need, create a plan, monitor progress, communicate with families, and adjust when something isn't working.
A great culture doesn't mean low expectations.
Our educators come prepared, follow through, communicate proactively, welcome feedback, and take ownership of their students' progress. Sometimes that means testing something three, four, or five different ways before finding what works. That's individualized education.
If you want every lesson planned for you, prefer to teach the same way you've always taught, or you're looking for somewhere to simply clock in, teach, and clock out, this probably isn't your place.
But if you're the educator who asks, "What haven't I tried yet?" when something isn't working, we should probably talk. Because we don't just expect our educators to invest in Let's Learn. We invest in you, too.
Every new educator begins with paid training before stepping fully into their role, because we value your time AND your growth. From there, we invest in personal and professional development, and not the boring kind. You'll learn about the science of the brain, psychology, how people learn, and even more about yourself. We believe knowing ourselves allows us to show up for our students, families, and team with greater awareness, connection, and genuine care.
Within your first 90 days, you'll learn how we approach individualized education, build relationships with your students and families, collaborate with our team, and confidently take ownership of your students' learning and progress.
We're looking for educators who bring positive energy AND personal accountability. Experience with special education, executive functioning, dyslexia, ADHD, autism, gifted education, or homeschool instruction is a plus, but above all, we're looking for people who genuinely believe every student is capable of extraordinary growth.
