Girl Empowerment: Dream Exploration

Service Description

This four week elective course is designed for 4th-6th grade girls to explore and share the dreams they experience while asleep. Through interactive sessions, participants will learn about the significance of dreams, dream analysis/reflection, and techniques for enhancing dream recall. We will meet once per week in person in Newtown, Pennsylvania, or girls are invited to join us online through a virtual meeting link. Sessions will take place on WEDNESDAYS at 11:00 AM EST for 55 minutes. Students who participate in person will receive a dream journal and pen! This course aims to foster creativity, self-expression, and personal discovery through the exploration of dreams. During the course, learners will: Discover Dream Significance Explore Dream Analysis Supercharge Dream Recall Build Social Skills & Speak Creativity *FOUR IN PERSON sessions, WEDNESDAYS at 11:00am EST. from 11/8/23 - 11/29/23
