Study Skills

Effective study habits yield greater learning. Whether the learner is a student or professional, knowledge and success is built through learning experiences.

All human brains are, fundamentally, designed the same, yet how we use our brains is exceptionally unique. Figuring out which learning strategies complement individuality can quickly become overwhelming, and using ineffective strategies is discouraging. People struggling to manage their executive function may often find discovering and implementing effective and manageable study habits difficult- common among learners living with ADHD or learning disabilities. These struggling individuals may be particularly challenged by tasks requiring impulse control, time management, prioritization, organization and working memory. We tackle these difficulties to make learning effective yet manageable.

Our mission is to create autonomous learners that can advocate their needs and become accountable for their learning results! Study skills coaching provides individualized instruction to shows students how to implement study strategies and recognize why they work- essential for high-achieving and college-bound students!

Study skills are ideal for all abilities and ages; they appropriately support, enhance, and challenge the student to excel towards one's potential.
